The design of the tool is essential for the quality of the casting, which is why we decided to establish our very own tool house KALANKAN KALIP in 2022 where we handle the entire lifecycle of our aluminum die casting molds – from the design and production to the maintenance and modifications based on our customers needs.

Our greatest goal is to find the best possible casting solutions for our customers, to do so we work with the bests on the market, such as MagmaSoft, Solidworks, NX-Siemens and Hypermill.

To ensure long-term reliability and minimum wastage we rely on a team driven by decades of experience and profound technical know how.

While at the moment we supply our own demand at KALANKAN KALIP with approximately 30 tools per year, our vision is to become Turkey’s go to for top tier casting molds, providing high precision and reliability for both local and international customers.
