Contour measurements of the products are made with the "MAHR MarSurf 140 Contourgraph" measuring device.
3D measurements of the products are made with a 1.6 µm precision active head latest technology ZEISS measuring device in an air-conditioned environment. Quality operators take technical drawings, and customer specifications as references for the measurements of the parts to support production.
However, 3D measurement is a very time-consuming and costly measurement method. Therefore, the measurements of the products are made, recorded and evaluated at the same time with special air gauge measurement systems which are available in the production area.
