Protecting human rights and respecting everyone’s dignity is our top priority. We reject discrimination, corruption, all forms of exploitation, including child labor, forced labor, and any other form of unethical behavior, both within and outside our workplace. Expectations from Partners: We expect our partners to uphold these same values. To maintain a strong partnership, inappropriate gifts should not be offered or accepted. Any violations should be reported directly to us.

Handling of Sensitive Data

We see information security as essential for trust and a sign of quality in our operations. Our priority is to protect data confidentiality and trade secrets, fostering trust with our customers and partners. In line with laws, regulations and contracts, we strictly follow information security standards. Every team member is required to uphold these standards and may not share sensitive data with third parties without clear permission.

Sustainability

The environment is a valuable resource that we must protect for the well-being of future generations. We are committed to reducing the negative impact of our activities on the by carefully evaluating their effects. To do this, we track and reduce our emissions and  focus on using resources efficiently. Additionally we are following strict waste management practices in line with legal requirements in order to act responsibly toward the environment, supporting a sustainable and healthy planet. In 2025, we plan an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification to integrate our efforts into our overall management system.

Workplace Safety

Workplace safety is our top priority, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for any violations. We expect the same commitment from our partners. All team members must report any safety issues immediately. Every person has the right to well-being in the workplace, both physically and mentally, and it is our managements responsibility to maintain this environment.
